Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Gridly. It exists to keep the Service safe and reliable. Using Gridly, you agree not to do any of the following.
Prohibited content & activity
- Break any applicable law, or store or share unlawful content (including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes others' rights, or content that is defamatory or harassing).
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, or use the Service to facilitate it.
- Upload malware, or content intended to harm or deceive others.
- Violate the privacy or data-protection rights of others, including storing personal data without a lawful basis.
Security & integrity
- Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace, account, or data.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our prior written permission, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or tenancy controls.
- Do not disrupt the Service — for example through denial-of-service, excessive automated load, or interfering with other customers.
Fair use of the API
The REST API is rate-limited. Don't attempt to circumvent limits, share API keys publicly, or use the API to mirror or resell the Service. Keep your keys secret and rotate them if exposed.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit usage to protect the Service and other customers. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
